Terms and Conditions

 

  • We will assist you at any stage but all we’d like to say is that if you are using our site to buy beer then you will be adhering to our Terms and Conditions.
  • In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
  • It is the responsibility of the person purchasing items on this site to ensure that if passing on goods then that person is legally entitled to accept the goods.
  • Due to the way we work our pricing to change to ensure you get the best deal. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
  • We make every effort to supply all listed products. However, we will not be liable for any changes, out of stock or any other non-availability. We’ll contact you wherever possible to explain or offer a re-fund.
  • We hope that you will have no issues with any of the products. From time to time (often with no fault of our own) things may not be to your satisfaction. Please get in touch with us if you have any issues and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw and replace products without notice.
  • We take every measure to make sure all of the information on our website is correct, however, we will not be held responsible for any information that is incorrect.

Payment

  • Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards.
  • We use a secure gateway to take financial information. At no point do staff at CraftCan.Directory have access to this information.
  • We pass no information on to 3rd parties.
  • Card payments are made through a secure server. We do not hold you financial details.

Delivery

  • Our fixed shipping rate for UK MAINLAND is £5.99 per order.
  • Unfortunately some remote locations will mean that we have to request more for shipping. We’ll let you know.
  • We aim to get your order to you as fast as we can. We aim to deliver in 48 hours but will accept no liability for any late orders.
  • You can have your beer delivered to another address if you wish. Just use that address as the delivery address.
  • Please take care lifting beers and handling the products.
  • Damaged or missing goods will be refunded upon proof that this is the case
  • Deliveries have to be signed for by somebody over the age of 18. Our couriers will ask for Identification if they are unsure and rearrange delivery if nobody is at the address over the age of 18. There are no refunds for orders made by people under 18.
  • If you have any special instructions such as leaving delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour you do this at your own risk and CraftCan.Directory will not accept liability in these cases.
  • CraftCan.directory will not be held responsible for delay or non-delivery due to causes that are outside the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, that could not be evaded through the exercise of due care.
  • If you have not received your delivery after 5 working days, contact us at so we can investigate.

 

International Delivery

  • We can ship orders to most international countries. If you are from outside of the UK please contact us via the ‘contact us page’.

 

Returns

  • The law states, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day they, or a third party indicated by them, receives the goods.
  • To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, please use the ‘contact us page’ and we will see to your needs.
  • Return packaging needs to achieve in a manner that protects the items. CraftCan.directory will take no liability for products inappropriately packaged.
  • For your protection, we highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
  • Please note that you’ll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be made as quickly as possible but will always be within 10 working days after we have received the goods and they are in a good condition.
